The great thing about a private one to one class over a group setting is that I can make sure you are using correct form thus getting the most out of your session.
My teaching is deeply rooted in the principles I learned through BASI Pilates, a globally recognized leader in Pilates education. The BASI approach emphasizes precision, flow, and attention to detail, all of which are integral to my practice. I want to ensure that every movement is executed with intention and control. This foundation allows me to guide my clients toward improved strength and flexibility, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity and depth of the Pilates method.
The BASI mat certification is equivalent to advanced/level 3. I have completed the Comprehensive Program with BASI, which includes the Reformer, Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and the F2 System. I am also fully insured as a Pilates teacher.

The home studio is located in the heart of Margate where you can make use of the Reformer, the Tower and a Wunda Chair. You will leave the studio feeling stronger, lengthened and energised.
what to expect during a private reformer session?
During a private Reformer session, you can expect a tailored experience designed to meet your unique needs, regardless of your prior experience. The Reformer is an excellent starting point for beginners, offering more support than matwork, and allowing you to build strength and confidence progressively. Over time, with regular practice, you'll advance to more challenging exercises that are both rewarding and fun. For those with intermediate-level mat experience, Tower sessions are also available and can be scheduled upon request. These trainee sessions on the Reformer and Tower contribute to my comprehensive BASI Pilates certification and are offered at a special rate of £27 per hour—less than half the usual price.
We’ll begin with a discussion about your history and goals, then work together to develop a personalized Pilates routine using the Reformer and Wunda chair. With my full attention on you, I'll provide verbal and hands-on cues (as you prefer) to ensure you’re working safely and effectively. Whether you're a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, an athlete, or someone recovering from injury, these sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals. Private sessions can also be booked on an ad hoc basis for technique refinement or check-ins. If the available times don’t suit you, feel free to contact me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
